Memorial Day Parade

Quaker Hill Baptist Church will be walking in the Montville Memorial Day parade!
We will be carrying the church banner and the Vacation Bible School banner as we toss candy with our VBS information. This event is an example of QHBC getting out into the community, our Vitality team initiative!
When? May 20, 2018 parade starts at 1:00 pm
Where? starting at the old Wonderbread/movie theater area on Raymond Hill Rd/Rt. 32 and goes to Comstock Cemetery. We will be lined up prior to then, as roads close.
Who? All QHBC members are invited to walk. It is an easy route, as it moves slowly. Wagons and strollers are welcome
What ? we will need walkers- sign up in the Narthex
We need candy- lollipops, no chocolate except tootsie rolls to put into the bags with our VBS info. Sign up in the Narthex!
Bring: sunscreen, water bottles, umbrella (rain or shine-watch the weather!)
Refreshments: Following the parade there will be refreshments served at the American Legion, sign up on the sheet in the Narthex
